Dark Experiences Now Strength
Christopher Jackson
Beliefs are often unconscious patterns of thought that determine how we feel about ourself. Our personal beliefs may be expansive and supportive or negative and limiting. As children we absorbed the unconscious belief patterns of our parents, mimicking what we saw and felt. All our beliefs, including those about money, power & sexuality exist in our cellular memory & can be transformed.
‘The character of our life is based upon how we perceive it.’ ~Bruce H. Lipton
Christopher Jackson describes the childhood challenges that he perceived as dark experiences – divorced parents, loneliness and feeling like a burden and detriment to life – out of which have emerged pillars of strength.
