‘No More Shame – A Free Voice For Us All’
My journey of shattering sexual shame has taken me literally all over the world but most importantly it has taken inside myself, exploring the inner landscapes of my unconscious mind where unintegrated trauma is held and transformed. We are all equal and have a right to be seen and heard in this world. We can all have a voice through traumatic experiences we have had, either in childhood or as an adult. If we share those experiences and emotions we have the ability to shatter shame and come together in community and friendship. Here I share my music, films & inspirations with you. Love Bear
